Many places in Vietnam have climate and soil conditions suitable for coffee cultivation. But when it comes to producing Arabica beans with the best Vietnamese flavor, people think of the Great Lat.
Since the beginning of the 19th century, the French have planted coffee trees in the mountains of Darat City, Lindong Province, Vietnam. Since then, Vietnamese coffee has flourished. At present, with a total coffee planting area of more than 500,000 hectares and an average annual output of 900000 to 1.2 million tons, Vietnam is one of the countries with the largest coffee export output in the world. However, so far, the planting area of Arabica coffee has reached only 35000 hectares, which is concentrated in Lintong, Chengtianhue, Guangzhi, Yi'an, Heping, Shanluo, Dianbian and other provinces. Arabica coffee is one of the coffee with the highest economic value. In the coffee market, the fragrant Arabica has always won high praise. The price of Arabica coffee is generally double that of another important variety, Robusta. Arabica coffee represents nearly 70% of the world's high-end coffee products.
In Vietnam, with "golden indicators" such as being located at 1500 meters in Haibo, with a cool climate throughout the year, the highest temperature not exceeding 33 degrees Celsius and the lowest temperature being 5 degrees Celsius, the counties and suburbs of Lingtong Province are regarded as a paradise for growing Arabica coffee. The highest quality Arabica coffee in Vietnam is produced here. The higher the terrain and the colder the weather, the better the quality of Arabica coffee.
Arabica coffee grown in Tuqiao Village, Chunchang Township, Dalat City, Lindong Province is the most valuable in all parts of Vietnam, and its flavor and aroma compare favourably with Arabica bourbon, the best coffee in the world. In addition, Arabica coffee trees can also be planted in Danyang, Linhe, Yiling, Dezhong and other counties of Lintong province.
Arabica coffee varieties include: bourbon, Tippika, Mocha, Katimo. Among them, bourbon, Tippica and mocha are the oldest coffee in the world, but these three kinds of coffee are difficult to grow and have low resistance to diseases and insect pests.
Arabica coffee is rich and delicate, fragrant, acidity is high, texture is slippery, it contains syrup, fruit, honey, toast and other aromas. Arabica coffee has conquered coffee lovers all over the world. Arabica coffee is the main raw material for the most famous coffee brands and companies in the world.
The representative products of Vietnamese coffee are Zhongyuan Coffee (TRUNG NGUYEN) and Highland Coffee (HIGHLANDS). If Central Plains Coffee has a strong and strong taste, then Highland Coffee is elegant and mellow; if Central Plains Coffee focuses on product research and development, then Highland Coffee emphasizes store decoration; if Central Plains Coffee is the first choice for Vietnamese, then Highland Coffee is favored by tourists; if Central Plains Coffee catches the worker and peasant class, Highland Coffee dominates the middle class. If we say that the boss of Central Plains Coffee is a local talent, then the head of Highland Coffee is a representative of overseas Chinese.
Other special Central Plains coffee is Zhongyuan 4 Premium Culi, which combines chocolate, tamarind and other aromas, suitable for heavy tastes; Zhongyuan 9 Passiona is the latest low-caffeine product with the price almost the same as Legendee, but I think it is more suitable for women, especially girls; boxed House Blend is the best entry for Zhongyuan coffee. In addition, the G7 (said to be hoping to enter seven major developing country markets, including China) three-in-one instant coffee, taste good.
