Then a successful cup of hand-brewed coffee, in addition to coffee beans, water quality, the choice of utensils, the following four steps are also the key to success or failure.
Water bean ratio
Generally speaking, a cup of 200ml coffee requires about 15-20g of coffee beans.
1. Prepare boiling water
Estimate and boil the water to be used in advance, including the amount of flushing utensils.
2. Heating the filter cup
Pour hot water into the filter cup before brewing coffee, wet the filter paper to remove the smell of the filter paper, and heat the filter cup and coffee cup.
3. Stew and stew
Take the center point of the coffee powder as the center, draw a circle evenly and gently with water in the pot, submerge the coffee powder for about 20-25 seconds, and the water here is too fine.
4. Water injection
The first brewing water injection accounts for 60% of the total coffee water, the second water injection accounts for 30%, and the third water injection accounts for 10%.
It is recommended that you can use a timer when pouring water by hand. generally, the best brewing time for a cup of coffee is within 2 minutes.
