The coffee grown in this area is mainly Typica, Bourbon and Catuai. The volcanic soil in this area is an excellent place to grow coffee and is rich in volcanic mineral soil.

The coffee raw bean produced has rich and complex fruit aroma, chocolate and fresh spice flavor.

In addition to producing high-quality raw coffee beans, "Emerald Manor-Diamond Hill" also continues to pursue sustainable management methods and practice. The whole park has the certification of the Rainforest Alliance to ensure that the habitats of birds and wild animals will not be destroyed by man-made. The waste water is also recycled during the production of raw beans. The quality of the water is clean and safe, and it is shaped into a self-sufficient coffee farm ecosystem.
