Located in Alto Quiel, the Baru Volcano district of Boquete, Ilida Manor is one of the world's famous coffee farms and is often at the top of the Panamanian bidding competition.

The Ilida estate in Alto Quiel is often called Bajareque by locals during the dry season, shrouded in clouds from the Pacific Ocean, known as "horizontal precipitation", which keeps the area very humid and cold even in the dry season. And in winter, that is, the harvest season, it will turn into a lot of rain. This microclimate requires coffee seedlings to start harvesting two to three years longer than in other regions, and coffee fruits mature about a month or so longer than in other regions, giving coffee trees and fruits more time to develop and tighter.

The sun treatment of Yilida Manor is collected in small quantities and small batches, Catuai planted at high altitude is more suitable for sun treatment, and after harvest, it is transported to the leeward side hillside to be insolated in the way of African elevated shed bed (camas africanas). The microclimate of the leeward side hillside belongs to the drying high temperature and windy suitable for sun treatment, which can improve the drying efficiency of coffee cherries and show the original fruit flavor of coffee more completely.

Panama Boquete Elida Estate Natural Manor Ilida Manor is located in Boquete, the hottest producing area in Panama. Because the high-altitude Baru volcano has the most fertile black volcanic soil, it is located in a 65-hectare National Park Forest Reserve with an average temperature of 20 degrees C at 1800 meters above sea level.

Such advantageous geographical and climatic conditions, natural planting, artificial picking and other friendly environments have made the coffee produced by Illida Manor extremely high-quality coffee that has always been respected by coffee lovers, especially sun-dried beans. Over the years, they are often among the top winners of the best sun-dried beans in Panama.
