Friends often ask Qianjie coffee, what is cold coffee? Is the cold coffee good? Or come to the store and order a cup of cold coffee!

But! Cold-extracted coffee is a very general word. After all, cold-extracted coffee includes iced coffee, cold-brewed coffee and other coffee extracted by non-hot water. Usually what people refer to as cold coffee is actually cold coffee! So how do you make cold coffee?

Cold-brewed coffee is softer in acidity than coffee brewed in hot water, and the coffee is less bitter, tastes more smooth, and can feel more of the aroma of the first stage, so the flavor of flowers and fruit will be more obvious.

Step 1. Weigh coffee beans

First, choose the coffee bean you want most and use the 1:13 powder ratio, which means that if you have 30g coffee beans, use 390c.c. Normal temperature water. But this ratio varies according to the bean grinder, water quality and coffee beans that everyone uses, and you can adjust it slightly according to your own taste.

Step 2: grinding powder

After weighing, you can grind the coffee beans according to the usual hand-made scale, of course, you can also be finer and increase the extraction of meticulous aroma, but you must be very careful, because if you grind it too finely, there may be a risk of over-extraction, and more bitter flavors may be extracted.

Step 3. Fill the tea bag with coffee powder.

Just go to the supermarket or store to buy a bag of tea, fill the coffee powder in the tea bag, it is very convenient! The only thing to note, however, is that the tea bag is not usually tightly sealed, so the manager will wrap the coffee powder over two tea bags, and the two tea bags are in the opposite position, so as to ensure that when the bag is taken out, there is no doubt that the coffee powder will fall out.

Step 4. After water injection, put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

When you come to the last step, as long as you find a container of the right size, throw the tea bag containing the coffee powder into the container, inject the water at room temperature, put the container in the refrigerator for 12 to 14 hours, and then take out the coffee bag. After it is fermented for a few hours, increase the aroma and reduce the sense of astringency, you can take out the drink!

Need to pay special attention to this step, take out the coffee bag must not squeeze, excessive extrusion may squeeze out the bitter taste of coffee!

Do you think it's not difficult to make a cold cup of coffee?

When you finish your cold-soaked coffee, you can also adjust the flavor according to your preference: "if you think the flavor is not enough, increase the soaking time or fine the coffee powder; but if it is bitter, reduce the soaking time or thicken the coffee powder!" "

Of course, in addition to the thickness of the powder and soaking time, water quality and coffee beans and other factors also have a great influence, so if you want to adjust to your favorite flavor, you still have to try it a little bit, but this is much easier than hand flushing, ice drops, wind kettle, etc., just take a little patience to wait!
