First of all, we should choose coffee beans with high sweetness and excellent fruit acidity, such as most African shallow baked beans and rose summer shallow baked beans, which have high quality acidity and ice cubes. Today, I used a Nekisse Honey Kiss Coffee Bean from 90 + to make iced coffee.

The way I teach you is to use drip coffee to touch ice cubes directly instead of ice-brewed coffee. We prepare a pot of ice, 300g~400g is fine, in a large sharing pot.

Use 20g of 24g coffee beans, grind them into powder, place the filter on the sharing pot, spread the filter paper, pour in the coffee powder, and pour in hot water.

The moment hot coffee touches ice, it produces a strong flavor, especially this kind of shallow roasted coffee beans with fruit flavor.

For this rich flavor of good beans, my extraction ratio depends on different coffee beans using 1: 25 to 30 light extraction (including the volume of ice), for example, 20g coffee beans extract a total of 200ml, use 300g ice, and finally get 500ml iced coffee solution.
