It is the planting of coffee trees that has turned Dakaihe Village from a poor village relying on relief grain into a rich village that has completely shaken off the hat of poverty.

Dakaihe Village is located in 22 degrees 02 to 24 degrees 50 minutes north latitude, 99 degrees 09 to 102 degrees 19 minutes east longitude, passing through the Tropic of Cancer, 1000-1500m above sea level, low latitude, middle altitude, annual precipitation 1650mm, average temperature 20.2C, is a south subtropical mountain humid monsoon climate as the main plateau climate zone, located in the coffee gold planting belt, providing the best planting environment for planting Arabica coffee. Katim is the main variety of coffee, and washing is the main way of treatment. Coffee beans have high acidity, balanced bitterness, gentleness and roundness, and excellent aftertaste.

There are 280 farmers in Dakaihe Village, mainly by planting coffee to increase their income. Hua Honglin, as the secretary of Dakaihe, took the lead in establishing Pu'er Linrun Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., in order to develop and expand the coffee industry in Dakaihe village. and with the mode of "company + base + farmers", began the construction of a thousand mu of "organic coffee garden in Simao District". Take the route of organic coffee, carry out soil testing and formula fertilization, make efforts to adjust the soil structure, plant shade trees, improve the micro-environment and climate of coffee cultivation, artificial weeding, no pesticides, and apply organic fertilizer. with the joint efforts of everyone, the EU certification of a thousand mu organic coffee garden has completed three years of certification.

The manor has perfect shelling equipment and wet treatment station, with an annual production capacity of 250 tons of commercial grade and 40 tons of fine products. In the organic manor, three varieties of catimor,yellow catuai and purple leaf coffee are planted with a planting density of 330 trees per mu and a spacing of 1.3X2 m. Beans are also treated in a variety of ways, including sun exposure, water washing and honey treatment.

Linrun Coffee Manor is one of the 10 experimental demonstration farms and roaster coffee tours established in close cooperation with Yunnan Coffee Trading Center in the past 17 years. It also delivers boutique coffee to the major boutique cafes every year.

Treatment method:

Using all-red coffee fresh fruit, the first step: mountain spring water cleaning, remove impurities; the second step: put the coffee fresh fruit into a bag to ferment for 72 hours (the whole early fermentation is stored in a low temperature and cool environment to ferment) Step 3: drying (put the fermented beans on a ventilated shelf and stir them every two hours, drying for about 30 days.) the whole drying process is low-temperature drying, so you can drink the aroma and sweetness of the delicate fruit in the little bees.
