Ethiopia is one of the major producers of Arabica coffee in Africa, producing the best Arabian coffee in the world. Beans classified as G1murG9 and G6 circulate only in its domestic circulation, while in China, the general circulation classification is G1jurG2, the flavor is based on the actual measurement, and the classification is only used as the classification of defective beans (bad beans, regardless of size). The biggest feature of this producing area is that beans are big and small.

The following nine major producing areas of Ethiopia: Jinma, Sidamo, Yega Sheffield, Hara, Lim, Irubab, Gimbi (Lekanti), Tibby, Bebeca.

Lim Coffee: Lim's body will be significantly less viscous, and the floral and citrus flavors will be inferior to those of Yegashifi and Sidamo, but with a hint of grass and black sugar, and bright acidity.

Jinma coffee: Jinma has a better flavor than Brazil's commercial bean Santos, good medium-and low-price formula beans, washed Gemma is a very excellent low-acidity coffee.
