Banko Gotiti is a village in Gedeb district of Ethiopia, where Yirgacheffe is located. Banko Gotiti was founded in 2012, separate from the larger Worka cooperative. Banko Gotiti has about 300 members who grow a variety of Ethiopian heirloom coffee varieties.

In Ethiopia, coffee can often be traced back to the level of washing stations, where smallholders, many of whom own less than 1/2 hectare of land, on average only 1/8 hectare, deliver cherries by weight for payment at market prices. Coffee is classified and processed into many coffee harvests that are bags or lots of coffee without retaining information. This process is a special preparation at the washing station, including a more rigorous execution of the process of sorting cherries from beginning to end. Clean coffee to pulp, ferment for 48-72 hours, wash, soak for 8-16 hours, and wash again. Dry on a high bed for 9-12 days.
