Brief introduction of Guatemala Orente Coffee in Qianjie

The Guatemalan Coffee Association established the Guatemalan coffee brand and defined coffee from eight different places of origin. Eight areas are divided into Antigua, Vivette Nanguo, Koban Rain Forest, Attland, Farahannis Plain, San Marco, Akatti Nanguo and New Oriental.

New Oriental is the youngest coffee producing area in Guatemala. Rain Water is abundant here, under the shade of clouds for many years, the climate is similar to the producing area of Koban rainforest. In ancient times, it was a volcanic area, where the soil was made up of metamorphic rocks and rich in minerals. The New Oriental District used to be the poorest area in Guatemala before it began to grow coffee. Since the 1950s, farmers in the mountains have been growing coffee on its natural, nutritious land. Slowly, the place is coming back to life.

1) different from Guatemala in the past, good beans are washed and raw beans of poor quality are treated in the sun. This raw bean is strictly selected bright red ripe fruit, carefully selected after the production of high-end sun beans.

2) the Oliente region is located in the New Oriental region of Guatemala, which has mineral-filled volcanic soil and is an excellent area for coffee cultivation.

3) Guatemala produces less sun-dried coffee beans and was once used as a competition bean by WBC finalists. After sun treatment, the flavor is more delicate and balanced.
