The coffee was born in a partnership between Starbucks and Ethiopian coffee farmers in 2005. In Sidamo, most coffee is processed by washing. We work with small farmers who apply natural processing methods to their best beans.
The beans were sprinkled on the high bed in plenty of sunshine, and the cherries were still on it. Each bean absorbs the flavor of the fruit as it dries, which is part of the wonderful taste you experience. We invite you to enjoy this cup of coffee in our shop.
