When sunny, sandy days come around, we drink cool drinks.

If you're a fan of cold coffee, read on--we have three great ways to enjoy it this summer.

1. Fill up the growler.

Our coffee bar offers refillable Growlers and Growlers, ready to serve chilled coffee. It's easy, it's nothing.

2. Cook them cold.

The easiest way is to put 8 ounces of ground coffee and 32 ounces of cold filtered water in a glass jar and let it soak on your counter for 18 to 24 hours. It is then filtered twice: first through a metal sieve and then through a paper coffee filter. Dilute with water or milk, or add ice if you prefer a stronger beer. Adjust the total brewing time or the proportion of coffee: the taste of water with future batches.

3. Try it on ice.

A little more patience and attention will win you a lighter filtered beer, clearer flavors and higher nuances. Some call it Japanese iced coffee; some call it flash ice. We just said it was delicious! The method is as follows:

Replace half the weight of water with ice, no matter what container you use. Grind the coffee to twice as fine as usual, then pour the other half (200 degrees) of the water slowly onto the coffee floor, allowing the espresso to drip directly onto the ice below and melt immediately. Pour your finished beer on fresh ice and enjoy! You can even use this method with an automatic drip coffee maker-just make sure your coffee, water and ice weights are optimal.

Example Recipe:15 g Coffee/ 125 g Ice/ 125 g Water (200 ° F)

To find your own perfect recipe, adjust the coffee: water ratio, steeping time, filtration method, try different amounts of cold water or milk to dilute the concentrate. It's important to take notes so you can type perfectly and repeat the best results! No matter what method you use to accomplish it, cold brewing is a great way to enjoy your tall cup of coffee this summer.
