The bean comes from the Cherba processing plant (Chelba Mill) and is produced by 700 coffee farmers in the surrounding month.

The fresh fruit of the carefully picked coffee was sent to the processing plant as soon as possible.

After peeling, soak in water and ferment for about 2 days, then wash off the residual pectin from the bean surface through a trough and water from the Cheba River.

Put the shell beans on the off-shelf and dry in the sun for about 8-10 days, depending on the weather.
