History of White Grass Manor Farm
Fazenda Capim Branco is one of the oldest coffee farms in the Serrado Mineiro area in 1901. The farm has a history of 115 years in Andred. Ismael Andrade and Eduardo Andrade are the owners of the farm. They have followed in the footsteps of their ancestors. For more than a century, the family has been producing coffee with love and respect for nature. after all, nature does its best, and the family is truly happy. A better explanation is that style is a very important factor when discussing coffee production, and Fazengda Capim Branco has the perfect place to produce coffee. The farm has a clear season, between 1100 and 1200 meters above sea level, Rain Water and water head balance. Nature did its duty, and the brothers learned from their ancestors that they should at least respect the environment, so they always try their best to protect the environment.
Making coffee is not an easy task. From growing coffee to harvesting fruit, it takes a lot of time and energy. The two brothers are very committed to the whole process and follow every step. They are very experienced and know a lot about coffee.
They continue to study in the fields, forming a teaching method. When they assemble their own team of workers, they teach them exactly what to do before, during and after harvest. Through this exchange of knowledge, everyone benefits. Ismail and Educardo have a sense of social responsibility. Their employees are treated with respect and professionalism. They pay close attention to the development of the team, so that the relationship between members is based on respect, so that they always face the same direction.
The quality of coffee is directly related to the drying method. The fruit is picked and separated. The farm has African beds and patios, so the best drying methods can be used for each variety. Fazenda Capim Branco is famous for producing coffee of the same quality year after year. Donovan's secret? Coffee is processed according to tradition.
The farm has a clear dry season and rainy season. These coffees keep winning prizes. Recently, it competed with hundreds of producers to win the first place in the Serrado Cerrado Mineiro coffee quality competition, scoring 92.21 points in the natural category.
In terms of varieties, there are mainly yellow Catuai, yellow Icatu and red Catuai. The coffee here is really unbelievable and is loved by customers all over the world. After successful production, Ismael decided to set up an ABEX company to export his coffee directly. In this way, the coffee "stays at home" until it can be delivered to the customer. As a result, they can maintain the quality and properties of coffee. ABEX's office is located in Carmo do Paranaiba, Minas Gerais, along with the farm's administrative office. Everyone cooperates in an open way of communication to provide the best coffee in the best possible way.
At present, 65% of products are exported to Europe, Asia, Oceania and North America. Ismael is directly involved in all the logistics, so the whole family manages the coffee, from the seeds to the containers. This is a direct family-run trade.
