SAMBA region

Our Brazilian samba coffee is a regional blend of cherries from a select group of farms in the Carmo de Minas region of Brazil. Producers include Fazenda Santa Lucia, Fazenda Furnas and Fazenda Sertao. This regional blend is designed to provide Brazilian coffee that is cheaper than our standard Saint Lucia 16 + coffee, so it contains 14 and 15 beans with a smaller screen size. We have an extensive quality control process to ensure consistency, in which we have the help of our local partner in Brazil, Carmo coffee ees, who have helped us gain access to this hybrid source and continue to work with the Project Origin team in Canberra to ensure quality control.
