The species of Geisha was discovered in the Rose Summer Forest of Ethiopia in 1931 and sent to the Coffee Institute in Kenya; it was introduced to Uganda and Tanzania in 1936; and Panama was introduced to Costa Rica in 1953 by Franco from Dongba Seven Farm Garden in the 1970s. Mr. Serraxin received seeds from CATIE in Costa Rica and began to grow Rosa Coffee because the yield was so low that he was bidding.
Rose summer is carried forward in the manor of Panama, and Panamanian rose coffee is mainly grown in the western part of the country, near Costa Rica and the Pacific Ocean. The average annual temperature ranges from 16 ℃ to 25 ℃, and the average rainfall is about 3500 mm.
The Boquet region of Chiriqui province is the main coffee producing area, of course, Walken, Santa Clara, Kendra and so on are also famous. Other areas include David, Remacimeinto, Bugaba and Tole.

The dry aroma of Rosa is very bright, with aromas of rose and jasmine, with aromas of pomelo and citrus, light baked with nutty aromas, and wet aromas with hazelnut and more floral characters. In terms of taste and flavor, compared with the previous rising aroma, it may be slightly mild and subtle, a little cooler, and the flower and fruit flavor gradually increases with the decrease of temperature, and the cold fragrance is excellent.
