Sudan rume is a very rare coffee with a wonderful aroma. As the name suggests, this grape variety was found on the border between Sudan and Ethiopia. This is a natural variety from the bourbon family, full of red fruit and flowers, but the yield is very low. Due to the low yield of this tree, Sudan incense is mainly used for breeding varieties, creating hybrid trees, and producing more fruit and some of its precious flavor characteristics.
Aromas of raspberry jam, cherry and cardamom make this cup complex and layered. As the flavors of red currant, tamarind and macadamia nuts fade, the wine changes from succulent to creamy, with chocolate-wrapped almonds and a hint of cooling reminiscent of green mint. The sweetness of citrus and the acidity of lemon complement the tone of nutmeg. It is a round and charming coffee.
