"Akrabi" is a coffee trader in Ethiopian Ahmaric, which seems to be suitable for coffee traded through the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX). But unlike previous ECX batches-traceability was removed shortly after it was obtained-these batches have a history. First of all, we know exactly where it comes from, which is lacking in coffee purchased through ECX a few years ago. Farmers' income will also be tracked. The coffee is processed at Hassen Ware, a wet mill in Woreda Hambela Wamena, which is a collection point for local farmers to sell coffee. Most farms are small, with less than a hectare of land and usually grow about 500 trees. The altitude around Hassenwell is about 1850-1950 meters. This is a completely washed coffee, from the whole coffee cherry to the final green, the whole process is sorted by hand. I baked this cup of coffee to the city, the city + and the whole city. As you will see in my comments, I don't think the city is suitable for the cup match. This is a full-bodied coffee. Although it is very complex and full of flowers in City Coffee Shop, its aroma does not seem to be comparable to that of dark roasting. Light baking, on the other hand, is elegant and wonderful.
