Qianjie-Manning Coffee Variety introduction
Manning is made in Sumatra, Indonesia, also known as Sumatran Coffee. The main producing areas of Indonesian coffee are Java, Sulawesi and Sumatra. In 1877, a large-scale disaster hit the Indonesian islands, coffee rust destroyed almost all the coffee trees, people had to give up Arabica, which had been in operation for many years, and introduced the disease-resistant Robusta coffee tree from Africa. Robusta species account for 90% of today's Indonesian coffee beans. Sumatra Manning is a rare Arabica species. The trees are planted on hillsides between 750m and 1500 m above sea level.
The history of coffee in Indonesia dates back to 1699, when the Dutch first planted Arabica saplings on the island of Java. In 1908, rust broke out and coffee trees on the island of Java were destroyed and had to be changed to robusta coffee trees with strong disease resistance. Indonesia is now a large coffee producer, and Robusta accounts for 90% of the total coffee production. but first-class Arabica has been planted in some areas, and Mantenin in Sumatra is the representative of Arabica.
The best of the exquisite traditional Arabica coffee produced in northern Sumatra of Sumatra is sold on the market as Lindong Lintong and Manning Mandheling. To be exact, Lindong Lintong refers to coffee growing in a small area in the southwest of Lake Toba in Lindong District. The small coffee growing area is scattered on a high and wavy clay plateau full of fern covers. Lintong Lindong Coffee is grown without shade, does not use chemicals, and is almost entirely owned by small private owners. Mandheling Manning is a broader term that includes Lintong Lindong Coffee and similar conditions in the Diari [capital Sidikalang], the northern growing area of Lake Toba.
Imported coffee beans Mantenin taste rich and solid, with a pleasant sour taste. The smell is mellow, the acidity is moderate, the sweetness is rich and very intriguing, it is suitable for deep baking and exudes a strong aroma.
Manning has always expressed its most unique sweetness with the most unique bitterness, just like the joys and sorrows of life. No matter how much sugar you put in, you can't hide the bitterness. When you first tasted her, it was amazing. But the charming aroma makes us unable to control our crazy infatuation with her. Her bitterness is like thorns on the edge of flowers, self-conscious, but her fragrance is refreshing. Instead of upsetting you, Manning's suffering will make you feel more awake.
