The Philharmonic presses to make coffee in the coffee-making process (2)
The last article is about the positive production of Philharmonic coffee, and there is also a reverse approach.
In step 4 of method 1, although the operation of pressing the cylinder has not yet been carried out, a little coffee liquid has begun to drop from the filter cover. In order to ensure the same extraction degree as the coffee solution obtained in method 2, we carried out "secondary stirring" in the fifth step of method 1, which was used to improve the extraction degree. Therefore, the concentration of coffee liquid obtained by method 1 is similar to that obtained by method 2.
Method 2 use the steps (reverse):
1. Put the Philharmonic pressure cylinder into the preheated filter cartridge and place it upside down.
two。 Add appropriate amount of ground coffee powder to the filter cartridge.
3. Pour the right amount of hot water into it.
4. Stir for a few times and wait 30 seconds.
5. Cover the filter cartridge with the filter paper and wet it with water and tighten it.
6. Buckle the top with a container containing coffee liquid, and then turn it over.
7. The coffee liquid can be obtained by slowly pressing the cylinder, which can be completed in 1 minute from the water injection to the final end.
