Coffee making process Philharmonic press coffee
Philharmonic pressure (AeroPress)

Equipment introduction: Philharmonic pressure is a new and easy-to-use coffee making appliance launched by AIRPOBIE in 2006, which combines some advantages of pressure filtration extraction (such as pressure kettle), trickling filter extraction (such as drip filter pot) and pressure extraction (such as Espresso coffee machine). The extracted coffee has high purity (filtered by filter paper) and moderate concentration (does not depend on gravity). It has been well received all over the world for several years because of its advantages such as moderate pressure, uncharred bitterness (mocha kettle extraction is often easy to appear), easy to operate (can be done calmly in 90 seconds) and so on. It can be said that Philharmonic pressure is currently a better breakfast coffee (American black coffee), office coffee making utensils, can also replace other pots to make delicious individual coffee, but it is not realistic to replace Espresso to make cappuccino and other Italian coffee. Philharmonic pressure can be used either positively or inversely, and we describe it one by one.
Method 1 use steps (positive):
1. Load the filter paper into the Philharmonic pressure filter cover and wet it with hot water.

two。 Install the filter cover on the Philharmonic filter cartridge, tighten it and place it on the cup.

3. Add the right amount of ground coffee powder to the Philharmonic pressure filter.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of hot water into it, stir for a few times, and install the pressure cylinder on it to avoid temperature drop and aroma escape.

5. After standing for 30 seconds, remove the pressure tube and stir for more than 10 times.

6. Put the pressure cylinder on it, slowly press the pressure cylinder, and you can get the coffee liquid.

The last article is about the positive production of Philharmonic coffee, and there is also a reverse approach. In step 4 of method 1, although the operation of pressing the cylinder has not yet been carried out, a little coffee liquid has begun to drop from the filter cover. In order to ensure that the extraction degree of the coffee solution is the same as that obtained in method 2, we stirred twice in step 5 of method 1 to improve the extraction degree.
