It is one of the most politically stable countries in Africa, and it is also one of the few African countries unaffected by the civil war. When it comes to Malawi, we have to mention Lake Malawi, which is the third largest freshwater lake in Africa and a strange lake with ebb and flow. It is also one of the wonders of the world. Lake Malawi used to be called Lake Niassa, which comes from Bantu. It means flood or lake, and it was changed to its present name in 1965.
