Prepare cooking tools:
To use Chemex to make coffee, of course you need a Chemex. There are several different models to choose from. You also need: electronic scale, hand punch pot, Chemex special filter paper
Our recommended ratio is 30 grams of coffee powder to 480 grams of water. (powder water is 16% better than 1%).
Begin to cook:
1. Heat the water in the hand flushing pot and get ready to start cooking. The best water temperature is 90 ℃-93 ℃.

3. Grind coffee. Coffee should be medium grinded (Little Fuji 3.5).
4. Wet the filter paper and preheat the Chemex pot with hot water, then pour out the water in the pot.
5. Pour the ground coffee powder into the pot, gently shake it flat, inject water in the middle of the small water flow, and stop the water injection (about 60ml) in the wet powder layer, steaming for 25-30 seconds.
6. After steaming, continue the central concentric circle water injection until 480mi stops water injection (water injection can be divided into stages in the middle).
