Mogiana 17x18 in Brazil is produced by farmers organized by cooperatives in the Mogiana growing area, which is located between the Brazilian states of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. The Mogiana region is the most famous of the three main growing regions in Brazil. The area has rolling hills and uneven terrain for small and medium-sized farms. As the world's largest coffee producer, batches in Brazil usually come from larger estates, which use highly mechanized processing strategies to manage larger quantities. Our current products are the highest grade cups in Brazilian coffee-quality cups (FC) and strict softness (SS).

Flavor:

The aroma is very nutty and sweet. There is an amazing smell of smoke in my mouth. The wine is full-bodied and low in acidity-a traditional Brazilian taste-thick, creamy, nutty and semi-sweet. In the darker baking area, the initial taste is very sweet, almost fruity, then quickly blackened, with bread chocolate and slightly baked walnut flavor.

Baking considerations:

Avoid light baking because it has lower acidity and tastes very good in deep baking. For matching, we recommend that you explode in the second burst or deeper to maintain a neutral taste and good body. For individual items, we recommend that you drink more in a medium baking range for better sweetness.
