Indonesia has always been the hometown of many heavy-flavored coffee beans. The coffee beans produced here have low acidity, strong texture and strong taste, and the representative members include Java and Sumatra, while the Bali Island in eastern Indonesia has a fertile volcanic ash layer. coupled with high temperature and humidity and abundant rainfall, coffee beans are rich in production. The coffee trees in Bali are quite special and are a new variety of coffee produced by a combination of two different coffee varieties. The local people grafted the "Arabica" coffee tree onto the "Robusta" coffee branch at the top, making it a unique golden coffee tree in Bali today.
Coffee beans are one of the main crops in north-central Bali. Most of the coffee beans come from a Balinese village called Pupuan in the Tabanan district. Most of the coffee trees in Bali grow on the high mountains of the island about 1200 meters above sea level. Because the area is cool and foggy, it is suitable for the growth and development of coffee trees. Pearl round beans are bred in this excellent growth environment, hence the name. The so-called public bean (Peaberry) is commonly known as small round bean, its round drum shape, than the general shape of flat mother beans, more complete retention of coffee flavor, full-bodied taste. Generally speaking, for every 100 coffee beans, there are only 5 male beans, which are small in quantity and must be separated from the mother beans by manual screening. The variety harvested this time is very large and can be said to be the most pearl round bean in the world.
