SANCOFFEE has won a number of COE awards. The average altitude of coffee is about 1100 to 1200m, mostly Yellow Bourbon, Catigua, Topazio, Yellow Catucai, Catuai. While SANCOFFE continues to communicate and coordinate with local farm owners in Brazil to produce coffee with local characteristics, more than 20 farms have cooperated with each other since 2011, and coffee beans produced by Fazenda Guariroba in 2016 have won the first award of COE in Brazil.

SANCOFFEE also cooperates with Rainforest Certification, UTZ Certification and CAFE practices Certification to protect the coffee exhibition environment and make it sustainable. The coffee we chose this time comes from Santo Antonio Estate, a coffee with rich chocolate and nutty flavor, grown on a hillside and rich in water resources. When harvesting coffee cherries, a piece of plastic blue and white cloth will be spread under the coffee tree to avoid direct contact with the soil. These collected ripe cherries will be processed according to customer needs and provide customers with the best quality coffee.
