Introduction to Cabana Manor

Cabana Manor is located in the small town of San Agustin, Huilan Province, Colombia. it was founded in 1936 and has a history of 82 years. The current owner, Mr. Yeferson Erazo, is now in charge of the size of the estate. The manor is 1750 meters above sea level and covers an area of 10 hectares. The annual output of coffee is only 10 tons, of which the annual output of rose summer is only 1000kg. In addition to rose summer, the manor also grows Kaddura, yellow Cadura and bourbon and other varieties.

Cabana is one of the manors with a long history of Huilan, such as sheller, bean grinder and roaster. The manor passed the UTZ, realizing that the source of coffee can be traced back, and the peel residue can be recycled as organic fertilizer. In addition to washing, Cabana Manor also tries a variety of treatment methods, such as sun and honey treatment.
