In fact, we encounter this problem every day when we work in a cafe, making lattes for two customers at the same time. So we will choose a larger flower jar, pour in the amount of milk that can be used to make two lattes at one time, and then heat it up.

Sometimes, however, things are not as simple as we think. Sometimes when dividing the cylinder, the milk foam can not be evenly divided into two parts; sometimes when making the second cup of coffee, the milk foam will be stratified, resulting in flower drawing failure, and so on. So, how to divide the milk and bubble-resistant milk into two parts evenly, and make two delicious cups of milk coffee at the same time?

Tip 1: milking technology

The first technique is about how to dispose of milk correctly. Playing a good milk foam means that pulling flowers is more than half successful.

Under normal circumstances, first pour the milk into the milk tank half full. Most special vats have a tapered nipple, and the tapered nipple is a good mark that can be used to mark the appropriate amount of milk.

The position of the "milk clock" is also a very important position. You can imagine that at the top of the milk jug is a clock dial, the direction of the tapered nipple is "12:00", the handle of the milk tank is "6 o'clock", and the rightmost "3 o'clock" direction or the leftmost "9 o'clock" of the edge of the milk jug. Both of these points are the best points for getting rid of milk (1 centimeter away from the wall of the milk tank).

The outlet hole of the steam rod should be no more than 5 mm below the surface of the milk. Introduce the air until you hear a "squeak" for 2-3 seconds, which is the sound of air entering the milk and creating foam. If the sound does not fade away, lift the vat up slightly so that the intake stick is immersed in a deeper part of the milk to stop the intake. This process requires careful observation of the surface condition of the milk, and then let the steam stick begin to spank the foam.

In the process of splashing, you can hold the other hand next to the milk tank to make sure the milk is heated too high, and listen carefully to the squeak of the milk. When the hand touching the milk jar feels too hot to bear, turn off the switch of the milk steam head. The milk should be heated at about 65 degrees Celsius.

Tip 2: split cylinder

Dividing a jar of milk into two will keep the milk in a delicate state without layering, mixing the bottom milk and the top foam evenly, just like the shaking and shaking of the coffee after beating the milk. When using milk to make flower drawing, milk can be like thick cream, so that we can better integrate milk and coffee, and improve our flower drawing technology.

When dividing the cylinder, you should pay attention to it: mix the foam and milk in the big tank evenly before dividing the cylinder.

When dividing the cylinder, the milk flows slowly along the wall of the cup, not directly poured into it, which can easily produce large bubbles and make the foam thicker.

The number of separate cylinders should not be too much, it is easy to produce large bubbles and will increase the probability of defoaming, generally pour 3 times on it.

Tip 3: pull flowers

When blending, continuous fluid movement is the key. Try to keep the surface of the coffee a good brown color, rather than the milky white. If there is milky white, it means that the milk flow is too large or the injection position is too low. This will not only affect the taste of the first sip of coffee, but also make the coffee look more attractive.

Tip 4: speed

Making two lattes at the same time depends more on how fast we move after the milk Dafa than on the speed at which we actually pour the milk into the cup. Because, when the milk is divided into vats, and then poured, reorganized, layered and injected with coffee, the milk will not only go bad, but also become more and more difficult to use. Therefore, we must concentrate on our work and act in a targeted manner.

Don't go too fast and in a hurry, but do all the work in an orderly way to avoid mistakes that can't be made at the same time. Be sure to grasp the time of the milk, do not put away for too long, otherwise you will not be able to show a beautiful pattern.
