Western valley

The Western Valley region (West Valley), one of the seven producing areas in Costa Rica, ranks among the three best producing areas along with Tarazu and the central valley, with an altitude of about 700-1600 meters. The annual coffee season is from October to February. The poor high temperature and fertile soil make it very suitable for coffee cultivation. The western valley is very scenic and the area is divided into six subregions around the urban centres of San Ramon, Palmares, Naranjo, Greece, Sarchi and Artenas. There is a specific coffee variety in Sarchi called Villa Sarchi. The highest elevation in the area is around Naranjo, and some amazing coffee can be found at the altitude of the area. Every microprocessor owner attaches great importance to quality, coffee flavor acidity and bean body can not compete with beans from other producing areas, but the overall taste is balanced, with almonds and peach flavors.

Central valley

The Central Valley (Central Valley) is about 9-1600 meters above sea level, and the annual coffee season is from November to March. This area is the earliest coffee growing area in Costa Rica, rich in volcanic soil, which is the most densely populated area. It is also an area that has been growing coffee for the longest time. It is usually divided into subregions of San Jos é Heredia and Alajuela. There are three major volcanoes in the region: lrazu,Barva and Boaz affect topography and soil. Coffee flavor with chocolate flavor, smooth high acidity, full-bodied beans, rich aroma.

Tara bead

Tarrazu is about 1200-1900 meters above sea level. The annual coffee season is from November to March. It has the highest latitude, the best climate and soil conditions in Colombia, and a lively citrus or berry flavor in acidity. Yuyun has a significant caramel aroma and is recognized as the best coffee producing area. The producing area has a long-standing reputation guarantee, and over the years, coffee from here can almost be regarded as a high-quality grade. But the coffee comes from different farms and is then mixed into large batches. However, over the years, Tarrazu's brand has accumulated sufficient strength, and coffee produced from outside the region is also marked with Tarrazu to increase its value. Costa Rica's tallest coffee farm is located in this area, like many other areas, where profits are made during the obvious dry season harvest. This area is a world-famous producing area, and its main feature is that the high seafood area creates an unparalleled perfect taste.
