Eincht Manor is located in the town of Lalibertad in Vivette Nanguo, with a total area of 720 hectares, but retains 470 hectares of natural primeval forest. The estate has always been the pioneer of fine coffee in Central America. About 50 years ago, it was one of the first estates to focus on a single variety and vertically integrated production of high-quality coffee. These efforts give back to the sweet harvest of Eincht Manor (and Macadamia Manor), which won 27 awards in the prestigious COE competition in 15 years, an achievement that no one can match. The forest area is surrounded by coffee plantations, which have annual rainfall of about 1800-2000 centimeters and a relative humidity of 75 percent. The soil is a deep volcanic soil with good drainage and rich in organic matter.

Eincht Manor is managed by the third and fourth generations of the Aguirre family, which has focused its business entirely on the production, processing and marketing of premium coffee. The El Injerto and Aguirre families "set a benchmark" for high-quality coffee production in Guatemala and the region.

Eincht Manor is certified by the Rainforest Alliance (RFA), one of the most complete certification programs in the world. RFA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting biodiversity and ensuring sustainable livelihoods. It is also the first carbon-neutral coffee farm in Guatemala.
