Baohu Manor is currently run by third-generation Maximiliano Palacios. The name "Baohu" comes from the family name Palacios and the Huehuetanango area where it grew up. Bao Hu Manor is located in the mountains of the Vivette Nanguo producing area northwest of Guatemala, which is the winning area of the CoE competition in Guatemala. The peculiarity of this batch of Vivette Nanguo Baohu 1550m washed beans is that coffee coffee is grown in sandy volcanic limestone soil, with high altitude, fertile soil, rich ecology, dry water and other environmental conditions suitable for the growth of fine coffee. It is reflected in the coffee flavor: orange peel, melon, dark chocolate, cedar tobacco notes, vanilla plants, spices, smooth taste, sweet and sour balance.
