Nearly a century of careful farming and enthusiasm for coffee have enabled the farm to develop a soil structure that is very suitable for coffee growth, and good cultivation has also created a rich ecological environment of the manor, its own high altitude conditions plus proper fertilization, the management of plant density and the whole ecosystem is part of the special environment for the production of special coffee. Also won the Costa Rica 2018 CoE (Cup of Excellence) ranked 19th for this batch.
