Introduction:

The Chicoj Cooperative is a sub-cooperative under Fedecovera, the largest coffee organization of the Coban. Fedecovera, whose full name is Federaci ó n deCooperativas de las Verapaces, is an officially controlled coffee administrative unit. The Chicoj Cooperative has 1400 family members, of whom only 300 live in the Secuachil village of Coban. Their coffee variety is a special variety of Anacafe 14, which is a mixture of natural Pacamara and Catimor. A newborn variety was discovered in Chiquimula in 1980. It was planted at an altitude of 1300 to 1500 meters, and raw beans were treated by Natural. Let's try this Fairtrade (Fair Trade) special breed of dried mango coffee.

Guatemala is located in the Central American isthmus, many volcanoes in the formation of high mountains and plateaus, the production of high-quality Central American high-altitude very hard coffee beans, the world's ninth largest producer of coffee beans. There are seven major coffee producing areas in Guatemala, such as Antigua, Huehuetenango, Atitlan, Coban, Fraijanes, San Marcos and Acatenango. Among them, the most peculiar producing area is located in the northernmost Vivette south fruit producing area. Its peculiarity lies in sandy calcareous soil, which is generally found in Guatemala.

The most common is volcanic soil, and perhaps because of this, Vivette Nan Fruit Coffee has a fruity nutty aroma and significant hierarchical changes. Vivette Nanguo is located along the the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes Mountains, which has the highest peak in Central America up to 4000 meters. Vivette Nanguo is one of the best boutique coffee producing areas in Central and South America, mainly due to its unique geographical environment, fertile soil, abundant Rain Water, high-altitude mountain areas (1200-1800m), steep slopes and special valley topography, the natural resources of each block are unique and changeable micro-climate (microclimate), so the coffee and flavor of different estates are different.
