Introduction:

The Manor Casa Ruiz, SA, Panama, founded in 1920, is located in the Boquete producing area of the Baru Volcano volcano, which is located in the Poquet Valley of the Balu volcano in northwestern Panama. Mr. Plinio AntonioRuiz Gonz á lez and his wife Mrs. Elisa Aurora Ara ú z de Ruiz are the second generation successors to the estate. The couple's main specialty is trading, not only in vegetables and other agricultural products, but also in coffee in the 1960s. It now owns three of its own estates La Berlina, Maunier, Panamar í an and the coffee shop CAF É RUIZ ®.

.

Kasha Louise (Casa Ruiz) founded a separate cooperative in 1979, is one of the most famous cooperatives in the Balu Volcano Bokui District, headquartered in the Balu Volcano crony valley, the family has been passed on for three generations, and so far more than 300 small family farms and manors have joined partners from planting, processing to marketing. Most of the members of the manor have a history of 100 years, including Berlina, Maunier, Panamaria and Cafe Ruiz.... In contrast to the practice of other cooperatives to increase their acreage at the expense of the environment in order to increase production, Casa Ruiz and his partners follow the traditional environmentally friendly way of growing coffee in the Boguet region, but in order to improve the quality of raw beans, unlike in the past, there is a strict system for every step of raw bean processing, including planting, processing, screening and preservation. Kasha Louise is not only the winner of the Best of Panama Best Panamanian bid, but also an important partner of Panamanian boutique raw beans.

.

The Casa Ruiz, SA family now combines more than 300 local small family farms and small estate coffee farmers to join partners in planting, reprocessing, baking and marketing, unlike a single manor that cannot increase production scale. Coffee varieties are Typica,Caturra, Catuai, Mundo Novo and Bourbons. The average annual rainfall is 3000 millimeters (between May and November), the annual average temperature is 14,000 degrees C, and the altitude is more than 1400 meters. The Casa Ruiz, SA family and his coffee partners chose to follow the Boquete growing area, which is traditionally environmentally friendly and maintains the natural ecosystem, and because the natural trees in the area provide rich natural environmental resources, the environment has become a transit habitat for migratory birds.

.

Casa Ruiz, SA of Panama is undoubtedly one of the best estates in Panama (Best ofPanama) because of its high-quality technology, strict control of every detail, screening, recording and review. This batch of coffee is exported by Casa Lois and washed for the small area of Jaramillo. This manor is the winner of the Panamanian coffee competition, can be called a genus of two boutique coffee beans, due to washed beans, taste delicate citrus flavor, beans have jasmine, tropical fruit aroma, sweet and sour balance, special taste, and at the same time with citrus, honey, lemon, mint cool, clean, gentle and delicate, strong and lasting aftereffect, distinct layers, with caramel sweetness in the finish. At the international auction in 2004, Panamanian coffee was priced at US $20 per pound of raw beans. In May 2004, it made its debut in the Panama Cup Test Competition. Since then, it has dominated the situation, and in 2013 it set a record of US $350 per pound of raw beans.
