The famous "Finca El Puente" coffee, whether it is honey-treated rose summer or sun rose summer, is absolutely bright. I still remember taking a deep breath and inhaling large amounts of tropical fruits, herbs and flowers moving to the cup, which is a variety of flavors of dragon fruit, mango sticky sorbet and bright bubbling acidity.

The challenge is to determine which one you like better, so we will also show a kind of honey and natural packaging for you to brew and compare with these delicious coffees.

At the end of the nineteenth century, the cultivation of coffee plants in the Republic of Honduras had only just begun. Although there were many coffee plantations at that time, they were only small. The soil, climate and conditions in Honduras are the same as those in Guatemala, Nicaragua or Costa Rica. The decline was due to a lack of transport and Honduras did not export coffee, which led to the majority of coffee being sold domestically.

Honduras in Central America is bordered by Mexico in the north and Colombia in the southeast. It is currently the third largest producer in Latin America. Honduras currently ranks sixth in global coffee exports by volume. Coffee production in Honduras has played an important role in the country's history and is an important source of the Honduran economy, and in 2011, the country became the largest coffee producer in Central America. Honduran coffee accounts for about 4% of the world coffee market, and other major agricultural exports of coffee are bananas and pineapples.

This is a very small amount of Honduran honey processing rose summer, from El Puente Manor, because there are too few, let's always struggle with whether to get on the shelves or drink it silently. On second thought, a nice cup of coffee should be shared with you.

The landowner, Ms. Marysabel, is the family's fourth-generation coffee farmer, whose planting history dates back to 1907. Marysabel's husband, Moises, was an employee of the Guatemalan Coffee Export Company. After visiting Honduras in 1992, they found that the area had a unique planting environment. After their marriage, the two jointly operated El Puente Farm and won the COE championship in 2016 with a 91.7-point summer wash. Although the manor is not well known in China, it is a manor that works closely with well-known roasters Stumptown Coffee of the United States and Tim Wendelboe of Norway.
