From the pictures, we can notice that when brewing 10g coffee powder, due to the small amount of powder, the thickness of the bowl-shaped powder layer after brewing is uneven, and some water flows into the diluted coffee liquid into the sharing pot without fully extracting the coffee flavor, so the coffee flavor is insipid.
When brewing 25g powder, the increase in the amount of powder leads to an increase in the density between coffee particles and a narrowing of the channel of water flow. The impact of the water flow during cooking can not effectively tumble the powder layer, and a uniform bowl-shaped powder layer can not be formed after cooking. The powder layer at the bottom is too thick, prolonging the extraction time, so there is a bitter taste.
And we can also see that when cooking 25g powder, the liquid surface is frantically testing at the edge of the filter cup! If the current is a little careless, the liquid surface will overflow.
How to brew 10g coffee powder with V600001 filter cup?
Adjust the size of the current! In order to ensure that the powder layer can be evenly distributed on the wall of the filter cup when brewing 10g coffee powder, we should choose fine water to brew. Smaller water injection can reduce the powder layer due to the impact of water injection to produce a large tumble, causing the coffee powder to sink at the bottom of the filter cup. How small is the current? In the proposal of Qianjie, the injection amount of fine water is 4-5 g per second, while that of fine water is 7-8 g per second.
How to brew 25g coffee powder with V600001 filter cup?
Adjust the degree of grinding! Since the flow channel becomes narrower because of the decrease in the space between the coffee powder particles, we can thicken the grinding degree a little bit to increase the space between the particles. That's for sure! We can't thicken it by a big margin. The grinding degree selected for this cooking is 80% of the pass rate of the Chinese standard 20 screen, so the adjusted grinding degree is recommended to be 75% of the pass rate of the Chinese standard 20 screen.
