Finca Un Regalo de Dios is located in the Dipilto-Jalapa Mountains in the northern part of New Bosnia and Herzegovina, ranging from 1350 masl at the "low" end to 1700 masl at the top. The farm covers a total of 179 acres and grows coffee on about 130 acres. In the 130acre coffee, Luis planted the following varieties: Red & Yellow Catuai, Pacamara, Maracaturra, Java, Bourbon, Catimore and some hybrids. The farm is located in the city of Mozonte (in the Quisuli community), and the misty forest creates a microclimate with temperatures between 10 and 16 degrees Celsius.

Finca Un Regalo de Dios has loose sandy soil, rich in humus, and annual rainfall of between 1400 and 1600 mm. In addition, the farm has a rich biodiversity environment of fauna and flora, and rich broad-leaved and coniferous species. All these work together to create the best conditions for coffee growth. Every batch of care and processing on this farm is second to none, and each stage is very meticulous, starting with the best cherry picking at the farm level. Washed coffee dried for 15-20 days, honey for 20-25 days, and natural coffee for 25-30 days! Luis ranked first and fifth in Nicaragua's COE in 2018, and ranked 13th and 3rd in 2017 and 2017. He is no stranger to the production of quality coffee! Start with the best cherry picking at the farm level.
