Manufacturing process

Need: 15g coffee powder, 100g ice sharing pot, filter cup, hand punch

What makes iced coffee so delicious?

Of course, this doesn't explain why hand-made iced coffee is so good, because according to this logic, any hot coffee should be a good iced coffee when refrigerated (basically, the remaining hot coffee will be used for iced coffee later). But in our tests, coffee brewed in hot water and then cooled more slowly before being refrigerated in the refrigerator produces a very abrupt taste.
