If the output of powder is 20g in 3.5 seconds in full warehouse, 18.7g in 3.5 seconds in 5 storehouses, with an error of 1.3g. Therefore, in the daily frequent production, blindly believe that quantitative may be with the increase in the number of grinding, the amount of powder is less and less. Therefore, although Qianjie uses a quantitative mill, it still comes with an electronic scale to check whether it meets the powder requirements.
The reason is that when the warehouse is full, the upper coffee beans will form weight pressure, pushing the lower beans through the knife plate, and as the amount of beans decreases, this pressure will gradually decrease. When the position is about to be empty, you can still see the phenomenon of "jumping beans" (coffee beans are bounced up). Therefore, Qianjie also recommends that the amount of beans in the soybean warehouse should be kept at 4-7 points full (do not replenish beans until the warehouse is empty), this state will be more stable.
Detail 3: there is residual powder in the channel. if you find that there is a little more and sometimes less powder in the quantitative grinding, then it may be caused by the powder stuck in the channel. If the passageway can be removed, regular cleaning will reduce the occurrence of this kind of situation. Detail 4: change the grinding degree, change the grinding degree will also lead to the change of timing powder output, the grinding scale moves to the fine direction, the powder output at the same time will be reduced; the grinding scale moves to the coarse direction, the powder output will increase at the same time. Therefore, it is necessary to reset the time after grinding. Finally, if the product is to be stable, even if it is a quantitative bean grinder, it is better to be equipped with an electronic scale.
