Reading some books and articles written by Japanese baristas and European and American baristas, there is often a strong breath in the face: the author's dedication to the coffee industry and his love for running coffee shops. On the other hand, there is a shortage of high-quality coffee books in China, and there are plenty of coffee books on the shelves, but there are too many cobbled together "editors" and too few original "monographs," so there are very few people who can feel that wonderful breath.

In fact, running a cafe is like experiencing life. The most important thing is to have fun in it. Sweetness is a pleasure, and so is a short period of pain. There is too much pressure in this world, the concrete forest, the majestic material desire, the survival of the jungle, gender discrimination, profound workplace, bloody politics, some people choose to escape, some people choose to endure, opening a coffee shop is an "unusual road" for very few people. As a new way of life, it is destined to belong to only a small number of people.
