Jinqiu Cafe Base is located in Puyi Township, Ninger County, along the bank of the Babian River Valley, close to Shimenkan Hydropower Station of Datang International Water Conservancy and Electric Power Company, 108 kilometers away from the county seat.

It is reported that the "Kopi Luwak" is through the natural fermentation process in the animal body, so that the coffee fruit passes through the cat's digestive system, only the pulp of the fruit appearance is digested, and the coffee beans are excreted out of the body intact. This digestion process will destroy the protein in the coffee beans, reduce the bitter taste of the coffee, and make the coffee taste more rich and round, mellow and sweet. Qiu Xiang, chairman of the company, told reporters that at present, the base has introduced more than 20 pairs of civet seedlings for domestication and breeding, built a feeding farm and ancillary rooms of 1200 square meters, and has four employees, which is currently the largest professional domestication and breeding base for kittens in the country.
"Kitty cats don't eat all kinds of coffee beans, they only pick good beans to eat." Qiu Xiang said that the cat chose the most ripe, sweet, full and juicy coffee fruit as food.
Speaking of the "Kopi Luwak", Qiu Xiang said that the essence of the "Kopi Luwak" is that it is "imported and sweet". Even if it goes into the throat for a period of time, it will still have the aroma of caramel and chocolate in the mouth, which is very different from coffee with sugar and milk.
