Raw materials:
* 1 cup of fresh coffee
* 1x4 cup maple syrup
* 1 cup of milk
* appropriate amount of whipped cream
Production method:
First of all, like all coffee drinks, we need a cup of fresh and high-quality coffee. If you are using filter coffee, you should appropriately increase the amount of powder and adjust the degree of grinding. Of course, we can also use low-temperature-dried instant coffee instead, but it will be inferior in flavor.
Next prepare a small pan, pour the fresh milk and maple syrup into the pan and boil until it is about to boil. Stir the milk and maple syrup to mix well, while slowly pouring in the fresh coffee. Continue to stir until the 3 materials are fully mixed. Finally, pour the maple syrup coffee into the cup and cover with cream.
Nutritional composition:
Maple syrup is rich in minerals and organic acids, and its calories are lower than sucrose, fructose and corn sugar, but it contains much higher calcium, magnesium and organic acids than other sugars, which can supplement the weak constitution with unbalanced nutrition.
Tips:
Fresh maple syrup is the best, but for most of us, the bottled maple syrup in the supermarket is enough.
