Maggiadoto (Macchiato)
"Macchiato" is Italian, meaning "imprinted or soiled". The traditional macchiato is relatively simple to make, adding some milk bubbles to espresso, with less milk (milk bubbles), usually with a ratio of two to three.
The method of making Maggiadoto is similar to that of cappuccino, except that there are two slight differences: first, after adding milk foam, you need to sprinkle some nutmeg or cinnamon powder on the surface of the milk bubble; second, the milk foam covered by Maggiadot should be arranged into a round shape with a coffee spoon, like a flat hat.
Some people like to sprinkle some caramel on Maggie Yaduo's milk foam, and the Marchiato made in this way is called "caramel Macchiato".

Alfacito is a kind of Italian coffee, which is made by adding the right amount of ice cream to an espresso. The ice cream melts gradually when it meets hot coffee, as if it were sunk in coffee, so Italians also call this kind of coffee "Drowned".
