Coffee is produced in 17 of Brazil's 21 states, but four of them produce the most, accounting for 98 per cent of the country's total: Parana, Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo, with Parana in the south producing the most, accounting for 50 per cent of the total. Among them, Minas Province is the most famous small production area, its flavor is very warm and smooth, it is Brazil's top coffee, good Brazilian beans, chocolate bitter sweet taste, rich in oil.
