What's the difference between espresso and drip coffee?
The main difference between espresso and drip coffee is the fineness of the grind and the brewing time. Espresso takes much less time to brew, so it can be done using an espresso machine. This machine can generate pressures of up to 15 atmospheres (ATM), forcing water to seep through coffee.
A small cup of espresso is made by injecting about 43 grams of hot water into ground espresso coffee that has been compacted and finely ground. If all goes well, you end up with a dark brown, slightly thick liquid with a little cream on top (foamy, similar to the foam on beer).
There are many variables in the process of making an espresso: water temperature, water pressure, fineness of the ground coffee, firmness of the coffee powder, and so on.
Espresso is a blend of coffee beans from different countries. The beans are roasted until they darken and shine.

The beans are ground-much finer than drip coffee and closer to powdered sugar. The finer the coffee is ground, the slower the espresso is made. In general, to make the best espresso, it takes about 25 seconds for water to flow through the coffee. Sometimes brewing time can be controlled by adjusting the fineness of grind.
Drip coffee is made by filtering boiling water droplets through ground coffee, which is coarser than espresso. To make coffee, strain the water and drip it into the pot. This process is slower than distillation, and the hot water stays in contact with the ground coffee for much longer. Surprisingly, a cup of drip coffee contains more caffeine than an espresso.

The method of coffee layering remember the order of each level.
The proportion of each ingredient is different, and its position in a cup of coffee will be different. Those with a large proportion are generally divided into the lower layer, and those with a small proportion are divided into the upper layer, which is the same as the seven-color rainbow principle of cocktails. The following is a brief description of the usual hierarchical arrangement method. Different kinds of raw materials, hot drinks and ice drinks may cause some differences, but if you master the principle, you will find ten thousand.
