Espresso 60ml (made at home, available in a mocha pot)

Fresh milk 150ml
Sugar oil 20ml
Whipped cream, right amount.
Garnish: mint leaf
Production method:
1. Put 60ml espresso coffee and mint chocolate powder (or mocha powder and syrup), 20ml sugar oil, 150ml fresh milk into a high-speed blender, add 100g ice cubes and stir well.
2. Pour the mixed ingredients into a cup, sprinkle with whipped cream, and insert mint leaves.
Notes for production:
When using a blender to make ice drinks, it is necessary to mix liquid and ice cubes perfectly to give a dense taste. Sugar content is the key. The optimal sugar content is between 14 and 20. Below this sugar content, liquid cannot be fully integrated with ice cubes, which will cause ice and water separation. Above this sugar content, the taste of the drink itself will be destroyed.
