2014 Fushan barista International Coffee Championship
The third China Fushan Cup barista International Coffee Championship, which lasted for 2 days on May 31, ended in Chengmai Fushan Coffee Culture Town on the afternoon of May 30. In the competition of 25 top international baristas, Li Mingru, a contestant from Taiwan, won the championship by the judges for his perfect adjustment skills and creative performance. Naoko Ozawa of Japan and Kim Joo-yeon of South Korea won the second and second runners-up respectively.
On the same day, more than 100 guests from coffee industry associations of the whole country, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and famous Chinese and foreign coffee enterprises were invited to watch the event and witness the competitive demeanor of the world's top baristas. In the end, Li Mingru, a contestant from Taiwan, was superior and beat Qunfang, and finally won the championship. Naoko Ozawa of Japan and Kim Juyan of South Korea were runners-up respectively. The best results in the mainland were Huang Zijian of Guangzhou and Hu Ying of Guizhou, who finished fourth and fifth respectively.
After three consecutive years of standardized holding, the event has become the highest standard and highest level competitive competition in the coffee industry.
