Coffee is a controversial topic of health and fitness. Mainly because some people think that you should not drink down, others think that you should drink coffee dripping water. I'm in the middle. I like to drink coffee. I don't drink five cups a day, but I do need a strong cup or two in the morning. But let's size up the situation a little more to help you make an informed decision.

On the other hand, Italians (other groups) drink more coffee and consume more fat, but have a leaner population than many other countries. In this respect, many people also think that coffee contains 0 or close to 0 calories, and according to the laws of thermodynamics, weight gain is a matter of calories. In addition, some studies do show that caffeine (especially before exercise) can accelerate fat loss.

On the other hand, coffee indirectly leads to weight gain through its hormonal changes. The rise of cortisol / adrenaline emphasizes the extent of the adrenal gland, and high cortisol levels damage metabolism. The relationship between the adrenal gland and organs and glands, including thyroid. And, because the thyroid gland helps control your metabolism, excessive increases in corticosteroids may not be a good thing. There are many ways more on this side.

In addition, there are other people who just drink coffee, espresso and any other floating boat because it is made by people.

Research:

I have seen all the studies that highlight coffee consumption, such as the benefits of increased insulin sensitivity, a lower risk of cancer and death, a lower risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, and increased fat mobilization.

However, most studies have made the right amount of coffee. What does that mean?

This means that if you drink 5-6 cups a day, I don't have any research to tell me, for better or worse. But from my own intuition, if you need coffee to stay awake, or even just feel good, it may be time to take a break and devote yourself to improving hygiene. By improving your health, you will increase your energy and get more comfortable sleep. This in itself can solve your need for coffee.

I've got a little sideshow, let's get to the point and make coffee to help you burn fat, or whether it makes you fat:

The way coffee increases fat loss: one

Reduce appetite

Increase focus and stimulation while starving in the heart

Increase adrenaline / norepinephrine to play the role of "burning fat" (I really hate to use this phrase sometimes)

Increase energy, may improve the possibility of consumer exercise

Method Coffee can make you fat:

Some people feel the need to eat sweets and coffee

If you drink almost anything but coffee and coffee, you may be moving in the wrong direction. Many holiday versions contain nearly 100 grams of sugar and 50 grams of fat.

If coffee is just one of the many stresses in your life, then your adrenal glands will be affected, so your thyroid, metabolic and other organs may be affected. But coffee is not the main reason for being here.

If your expensive coffee consumption takes up money, you can spend more money on buying healthy food

The focus on coffee is the third point to make your fat: if you get little or no sleep, consume a diet full of sugars and chemicals, do a chronic heart, rather than exercise intelligence, and overemphasize emotion / psychology, then you should probably drop coffee.

Or preserve coffee and use energy to solve the other four major problems I have just listed.

Abstract: moderate consumption of coffee has been shown to have many health benefits, including accelerated weight loss. Key words: moderation. If I were a person who had some of the stress listed above, I would make some big changes, including reducing or eliminating coffee consumption.

Just a little bit of disclosure, I drink coffee before writing this article!
