Generally speaking, coffee looks the same after being fried, but do you know that there are actually dozens of different coffee beans? But when they come to your daily consumption, there are only two kinds of coffee that are really useful, one is Arabica, and the other is Robusta, which has evolved into the two main types of coffee we use.

What's the difference between the two? It's very big, and knowing them is very helpful to the choice.

The difference between them comes from the taste, growth conditions, price, Arabica is relatively sweet and soft. Like with tons of sugar, fruit and berries. They have higher acidity and alcoholic taste, and they are considered the best acidity of coffee.

Robusta coffee beans have a thicker and more exciting taste and an aftertaste like cereal aromas and peanuts. It has twice as much caffeine as Arabica. It is usually considered to be lower than Arabica coffee beans, but some Robusta also have high quality performance, especially when used to make espresso characterized by strong aroma and fat flavor.

However, Robusta is easier to grow, they can grow at lower latitudes, and they are less vulnerable to pests and bad weather. They bear fruit faster than Arabica, which usually takes several years to ripen and produces less per tree.

Robusta grows only in the Old World, especially in Africa and Indonesia. Arabica also grows in Africa and Papua New Guinea, but most of them are in South America, Colombia produces only Arabica, and some countries, such as Brazil and India, have both.

Arabica will eventually be more expensive, of course, most supermarkets only sell Robusta, instant ones, of course, use Robsta, you can see Arabica coffee in the supermarket, but it does not mean that they are high-quality coffee beans.

In the end, it is a matter of personal taste. Some pure Arabica coffee beans may be too expensive and too fancy for us. Adding some strong robusata mixture is a good choice. Remember that Rob Sata also has more than twice the amount of caffeine in it. If you don't want too much caffeine, you can choose products such as our decaffeinated products.

Now please close your glasses and experience it.
