Seattle's Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Company was founded in 1995 by Mike McConnell, Mike Prins and Michael Foster. Is one of the promoters of the third wave coffee movement in the United States, Caffe Vita coffee has been selected by the media as one of the top 10 best coffee in the United States, its flagship store Capital Hill store is located in 1005, east Pike Street, Seattle, Wa 98112, which integrates the roaster, coffee shop and company office. There are five other stores in Seattle, one in Olympia, two in Portland, Manhattan and Los Angeles in New York, and in addition. It also provides roasted coffee beans to restaurants and hotels. It is said that the owner of the shop is the apprentice of David Hume, the founder of Espresso Vivance Cafe. The styles of the two are very different, and the storefront is in sharp contrast.

Unlike China, the coffee roasting and packaging workshops in the United States are not as dogmatic and impractical as China. Alas!
